I'm a rapper, producer and graphic designer from Toronto. I make muzik that reflects a lot of strong emotional feelings that I don't know how to express outside of art. I'm an autistic, highly socially awkward person who's never understood how to show several facial expressions, process my emotions fast enough to express them consistently, etc. So, a lot of my songs are a visceral, noisy depiction of raw emotions that I don't show in real life. My album XONIKA is an expression of my feelings about several topics related to mental health, race, homophobia, neurodivergence, etc. XONIKA is a word that I made up. It represents a safe zone for me to freely express myself without having to worry about communication issues, judgment or anything.
